This experience was quite a ride. Everyone that I as in contact with was top notch. From the start gathering all the records was a task in itself as I had several entities. I cannot say enough about Jackie and her due diligence and responsiveness. If I had a question I simply detailed my question via email directly to her and she was back to me within 24 hours every time. Then we throw in COVID and even though the process stopped at the processing end Jackie continually kept me updated. My wife and I were truly blessed to have been treated not only in a professional manner but with the utmost respect. We were one of thousands of clients in this class action suit but we never ever felt like just a number.
